A perfect gift for any occasion, our cake designer can incorporate any theme to make a truly bespoke gift cake.

Made from a traditional family rich fruit recipe, the fruit is soaked in dark rum for several days and after being baked fed again over 6 weeks to produce a lusciously rich fruit cake. The cake is then hand finished with marzipan and icing and decorated to perfection.

The cake is presented in a 4 inch (10cm) window gift box with card and cuts into 4 generous portions. Photo gift cakes are also available.
